Version 1.3.1.1 released

I have just released a patchfix with version 1.3.1.1. This will fix some cache issues.

  • Multiple inverters which use the same logfiles will now work
  • Fixed some nullpointer exceptions
  • Refactored various bits of the code

what is changed ?, just jsunnreport.jar or /lib directory or both ?

  2. Martin Kleinman

If you’re using 1.3.1.0 just replacing jsunnyreports.jar is enough.

It’s working fine now … before I had java exceptions …

    Thanks !

In progress… but it’s very long the first time on my Sheevaplug (more than 1 hour…). Perhaps it would be better to run it on the iMac and then copy the files to the sheevaplug?

  5. Martin Kleinman

Should work as far as I know. the JSUN files are standard serialized java objects.

I upgrated around 2pm and the 3, 4, 5 and 6pm scheduled jSR runs went fine (including the latest 2 runs, when production was over). Will make sure the “null pointers” don’t show up tomorrow.

’til then, congrats on the great improvements to jSR.

@Djemac : it took nearly 10mn to process about 390 days of production (one inverter) on a standard mobile Core2duo. (less than 30 seconds on the next run).

“Multiple inverters which use the same logfiles will now work”

-> does this mean that my 2 converters will be seen as 1 converter so also 1 graph and not two ?

If yes, how do I configure this ?

  8. Martin Kleinman

    Hi Kris,

I ment when the same file has to be read twice because two inverters are logged into it. E.g. for Sunny Explorer, Sunnybeam bluetooth or the OK4E logger.

I’m now working on a feature in jSunnyreports so it can “sum” up different inverters so it is actually seen as one inverter.

I also want this feature for the day graphs to sum up my 5 different systems to one graph.

  9. Wayne

That one graph feature will be an option? Hopefully it can be set so we can keep the indiviudal graphs if it is wanted. I have two inverters with differrent angle panels so it is usefull to see which is producing what.
    UPDATE looks great!
    Thanks for the hard work,
    Wayne

Nearly 6 hours for the first time !!! but done! and my website seems fine now 🙂 (it was updated automatically after and everything is fine)

@Wayne, it will be one or two extra graphs I think, leaving the original graphs intact.

    So no worries 🙂

@Djemac, what is the performance now after everything is cached?
